Terms Of Services

 

What kind of services we provide?

We provide our customers with digital video production and post-production services. Lyric Videos, Video Editing, Promo Video Production, Branded Videos, Social Media Videos, as well as Visual Effects Services (VFX), like Rotoscoping, Matchmove, Paint, Compositing etc.

 

How do we charge for our services?

We always prefer wire transfer payments, but we also accept online payments by Credit Cards and Paypal with a secured checkout process. We estimate a price for a certain project upfront, and we reserve the right to hold the starting of the production process until we receive the 50% of the price as a deposit. That deposit is non-refundable. If the product is delivered as agreed, we will demand the full payment in 30 days upon the completion. We reserve the right not to deliver and delete the product if the client has been unavailable for more than 30 days or missed the full payment within the given time.

 

Production Process and Revisions.

We always provide a 30 sec. preview before completing the project, so the client has a chance to confirm the stylistic direction and quality of the production. We will not accept more than 3 revisions per production, and we reserve the right to cancel the project if the client’s requested changes are not agreed upfront (before the start of the production). We also reserve the right to charge additional production changes requested by the client, at the price of $85 (US Dollars) per hour, including the render time for each version.

 

Project’s original source files.

We keep the project’s source files only one week (7 days) after the final confirmation by the client that the project is approved. If we have an unfinished project, and never heard back from a client within 3 months, that project is deleted along with all of the source files. Maximum production time for a single regular project is not more than 60 days, from the day that the project has been started. We never share original project files with clients or anyone else outside our company.

 

Relationships with Clients

We try to keep the best possible relationship with our clients, by understanding their needs and trying to provide the best possible services in the frame of the terms exposed on this page. We reserve the right to mark some of the clients as a hard-clients, based on the unlogical requests, high demanding requests not agreed before the start of the production or threats. Hard-clients will be marked as spam, and we will cut any type of communication with them.
